From Eglisau to Kaiserstuhl along the Rhein - 13th of December 2006

An easy walk along the Rhein, from Eglisau to Kaiserstuhl.The trail follows the south bank of the river (just along the Swiss/German border) and passes through the damm in Rheinsfelden. This is usually easy walking, but not after the rain when the footpath can be quite slippery. But in a sunny day you can enjoy the calm beauty of the river. After the last turn, Kaiserstuhl on the Swiss side of the Rhein and the Roetteln Castle across the river slowly appear in front of you.
