From Baden to Regensberg, 20th of November 2007

This is a relatively long walk along the ridge of the Lägern, also known as the Aargauer Jurahohenweg. It starts in Baden-Schartenfels, crosses vineyards and then through the woods climbs up to Burghorn. Then the path takes to Hochwacht, passing in front of the ruins of a 13th century castle, and then down to Regensberg. You can enjoy a breath-taking view of both sides of the hill, and in a winter day, with low clouds and fog covering the low lands, it is possible to admire the "Nebelmeer".
